Thats worrying as he can literally report all listings that aren't his own as being fakes.

It is also possible for anyone that knows the difference between a genuine WOH item and a fake one. To purchase something from him as proof they are selling fakes and defrauding people by using the Walled Off Hotel name trade marked in their name as owners. If he is selling fakes.
Then make an official complaint of fraud to the Fraud squad as well as Customs and Excise and also the Trading Standards people.
Fraud is fraud and if something is set up to look legit when it is not. Then it is committing crime.

My items are from the original walled off hotel in Isreal and purchased directly with the owners. I am aware that this person has put this in their own listings- they are nothing to do with the hotel too. How can I list my items that are not counterfit in any way at all? And just out of interest- both Banksy Pest Control AND the owner of the hotel in Isreal have confirmed the seller walled.off.hotels is nothing to do with themselves. The hotel has been created to support and raise money for those affected by way in Gaza- this person has purchased the trade mark phrase in the UK walled off hotel to make money from Banksy s name. There’s all these actual Walled Off Hotel items combined with his posters, tho it’s obvious to us that the seller has nothing to do with the hotel. So all the ephemera (the pencils, biz cards and hotel related notice sheets) are more than likely fake too. The receipts in the photos have the UPC/skew number intentionally covered by the pencil. In a few pics you can see that the skew numbers are able to be read and they are clearly made up as well.
They go to a lot of trouble saying that they own they’ve trademarked/have copyrights on some verbiage but they rely heavily on optics that link them to the legitimate Hotel.
I have been so puzzled by the lengths at which this person goes to make the enterprise seem real. And with the most awful designs. The repetition and the lack of creativity are really the most telling.
