Import duty for Kaws print from the UK to US, by jackyt8087 on Mar 17, 2022 3:44:30 GMT 1, I purchased a Kaws print from a gallery in the UK, I wonder if there any import fee or duty when the print arriving New York. It is around $5000.

I dont know if I am wrong but I found that print should be under heading 9702, Original engravings, prints and lithographs are also duty free. help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-360?language=en_US#:~:text=If%20entering%20works%20of%20art,at%20a%20Port%20of%20Entry.
I also see there are some articles about an extra 25% duties on art print from the UK and Germany since 2019. www.newarteditions.com/important-new-us-import-duties-on-prints-photos-et-al/ 

Have any one had experience on this?
