Banksy Record box, by capsch on Jun 28, 2007 10:48:47 GMT 1, Hi I have a sprayed stencilled record box that was purchased at the big chill festival many moons ago, its the elephant image and looks cool, how would you go about authenticating it now I tried banksy and that laz dude but no response (well Laz said it was street art and does not evaluate such) so what can you do now?

As you can't get any prov you are the only one who knows if/that it's real. If it had been on a lot of photos from the event it may have helped, but now it's not worth anything. Let it be a good story for you grand children.

I have one on my wall, its on a canvas bought about 2 years ago, now hanging below a swoon.....

Banksy Record box, by dave313perry on Feb 11, 2008 22:07:07 GMT 1, Id keep it mate, its worth relatively nothing unless sold and authenticated via a reputable auction house IMO. if it can be authenticated i doubt you would have offered it on here so id just do as previous stated, keep it as abit of a talking point, nobody would be willing to splash any cash on it as its just a punt!!
