I have for sale this original painting of a blue tit by Dave White. I bought this only 2/3 years ago directly from Dave. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed having him on the wall within our lounge but have decided to part with him to raise some funds.

Full painting and framing details are as follows:

Artist: Dave White
Title: Blue Tit
Year: 2019
Medium: Original water colour on Italian 640gsm hand made paper
Dimensions: 76cm x 56cm (paper size)
Signed: signed by artist

Framing Gallery: Eduardo Alessandro Studios, Broughty Ferry
Framing: float mounted on mousy brown (to match belly) backing board with white frame
Glazing: GL53 Museum standard glass (anti-reflective + UV filtered) 

Please note: a small section of the upper spacer bar has become unglued. I will get this rectified at my framers before transporting the painting. 







Dave’s works are never ‘photograph realistic’ representations but instead are specifically based on many characteristics. This original Blue Tit is just that and Dave describes him as a beautiful quintessential specimen.

I am genuinely unaware of the current price levels of Dave’s originals - not sure if they are up or down. I paid £4k in 2019, plus £500 for the framing job. I have retained all email correspondence and receipts as by way of a trail of authenticity. I am open to any reasonable offers.

I am based in the UK. Shipping is likely to be via Aardvark Art Services (approximately £100 within the UK – exact price will be calculated depending on buyer’s location but I would not expect this to deviate too greatly from this figure).

I am looking for offers for this piece as I am genuinely unaware of their current value. PayPal accepted (buyer to pay fees if not sent as 'gift') or a Bank Transfer is also accepted.
