Manchester - Random Street Art, by John The Badgers on Apr 19, 2022 18:58:54 GMT 1, Thanks for posting the pictures Peted, great to see.
Is there an area in particular you found them? The Northern Quarter?
Have a trip booked in a week on Saturday, so any advice appreciated here.

Manchester - Random Street Art, by peted on Apr 19, 2022 20:12:04 GMT 1, Hi Johnthebadgers,
Yes, the Northern Quarter is the principal area - High Street, Tib Street and the back streets leading to the Arndale Centre.
Check out Mackie Mayor, 1 Eagle Street for brunch/lunch and Mr Thomas' Chop House, 52 Cross Street which is an old favourite for lunch/dinner.
I'm from Manchester but left some years back so I'm sure there are many more who live there currently who will share some of their current favourites.

Manchester - Random Street Art, by John The Badgers on Apr 21, 2022 19:01:53 GMT 1, Thanks Peted and Teacherabc, also had a great Forum member send me details on the Invader pieces, looking forward to the trip.
I went a few months back, first time for 6/7 years, couldn't believe how much its changed, a great city.

Manchester - Random Street Art, by Fuzzyduck121 on Apr 21, 2022 19:38:56 GMT 1, Quick list of the current places I would hit
Tib street go to siop shop for the donuts and coffee and to lazy sundae for weird ice cream flavours
Pollen for baked goods in ancoats Also go to Lilys there which is a supermarket with Indian street food to take away or eat at little tables , super authentic little snacks and bites
If you want to sit and eat then Ramona for deep dish pizzas, federal for Aussie brunch or go to the new Kampus development near Piccadilly and hit ramona
Indian brunch at dishoom is also decent if you wanna eat in the morning
If itโs open and itโs a weekend freight island has all you need also
Enjoy
