Also, the prohibition means that you agree not to "make available for resale" - this is not a prohibition on actually selling it. If a friend walks into your house, sees it up and makes an offer to buy, you can sell it in theory without contravening this clause. That said, spamming UAA with an offer to sell the print would. I make no comment on whether such a clause in enforceable as a matter of English law...

Original buyer then gets the pleasure of donating to charity twice while also enjoying the print :-)
