Weight loss route, by WOOF on Apr 23, 2022 16:11:09 GMT 1, Looking to loose some weight to improve my overall speed on the road. Im a heavy rider at 95kg and 6 foot 2. I wouldn’t mind being about 90kg as a new goal weight, my question is I’m currently training for a gran fondo using the plan builder which is probably going to be cancelled due to the current situation. Would I be better on a different plan focused more on weight loss than FTP building? Any advice would be great. Bruh, this ain't the zwift forum.
But stick to zone 2 training to lose weight.

I work out 12-14 hours a week, and can still easily out eat my workouts. That being said, we all need exercise to stay strong and healthy. Any time I am injured, or my activity level drops, I am careful to adjust how much I'm eating to ensure I don't put weight back on, a lot of of people don't do that and quickly put weight back on when their activity level drops. Fuck off if you have lost 75lbs why are you asking us how to lose 5kgs? However if ur selling drugs PM me!

Having surfed the Internet, I found out that I could lose only water weight or muscle mass, or both. Now I'm happy to say that I lost almost 7 kg in 2 weeks.

I'm 6 foot and at the moment 54kg 😳 I've lost 3kg in just the past few weeks. My trouble is my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome makes me so tired, I just don't have enough energy to eat 🥱 seriously! I feel the energy draining while I'm eating. I find fruit is easier, but anything heavy just seems to take more out of me than I gain. I regularly go for 2 or 3 days at a time with only 3 hours sleep! Im tired all the time, but I can't sleep 😝 I have to walk now with a stick, and rarely step outside our house. Tips on gaining weight much appreciated 😂

2. take a log of everything you eat. Use grams of macros (carbs, fats, proteins) as it’s easier to manage based on body weight. In health we see those that don’t eat enough over report actual input. Obviously, having a doctor figure it out is the prime course of action, but if you/they have given up on sorting it out, you might give it a try.

A year ago I found out that I was somewhat lactose intolerant...for the last twenty years. It explained a lot. I can consume dairy, but if I cross a critical mass amount, it is rough. I just skip the dairy now.
