The offer is a low ball offer at best. Rather disrespectful at that. Nows when prices normally go up. People get tax money back. Holidays are over. Dividends and all the other ish ppl get bread back from is now so good luck finding one at those prices. I belive you should at least use that Banksy value site as a reference. Not saying I do but for the novice art collector it serves as a guide imo
