I’ve gone back to Musart as I didn’t have to pay any of this the first time and in my opinion I shouldn’t be out of pocket for damaged goods no fault of mine.
Communication has gone cold and I don’t want my parcel heading back to seller after 3 consecutive failed delivery attempts and me declining to pay.
Hoping someone on here might be able to help me with my current situation...

Else depending on the damage, you can sell it below cost and use the money to cover for double customs

I had a similar issue with Nanzuka when a set of Calleja Heads I ordered arrived damaged. I had to pay for their return from the UK and then they wanted import duty too. I asked therm to mark the package as either "Returned Goods" or "Gift" with nil value. They did the latter and I was not charged any duty. Hope this helps |

You should probably just pay it, the gallery arent actually doing anything wrong here.

I didn't get hit the first time as I paid 80$ to ship it which included duty. Just annoying/not fair that I've got to pay again through no fault of mine.
