The split delivery was a pain in the ass for international deliveries - I ended up paying an extra โฌ50 in taxes and FedEx / UPS handling fees. One single later delivery would have been fine.
In general, I'm finding international deliveries (UK to Ireland) from galleries painful. High delivery charges, plus putting the full value on items, added to high FedEx / UPS handling charges is increasing the end cost by 30-50%. There are some galleries and a couple of artists I'm just not buying from in 2023. ๐๐

It was a bit unclear at first as those purchased at the exhibition (on or after 11th August) have now been delivered. These appear to be exempt from receiving a โsorry giftโ as those items had already been made as they were on show.
I ordered during both the presale and at the exhibition so have received the ones from the exhibition, and will get the presale ones at the beginning of January (with the โsorry giftโ I expect).

I meant to mention earlier than Jealous would have combined delivery of both orders into one as this is what I had arranged (but after the delays they split into two for no charge).
We no doubt bumped into each other at the opening. Hope you kept the pizza box. ๐

Itโs 316 stainless steel which I understand is the grade used for surgical steel as I understand it so absolutely on point with the message/pieces IMO. |
