Artists - Please Title Your Art, by Daniel Silk on Jul 12, 2022 0:21:15 GMT 1, I have been going through thousands of threads and posts made on this forum, tidying up and organizing threads and boards, and one thing really stands out ๐คช
The number of Artists that promote a print release and even sometimes start selling a print WITHOUT A TITLE ๐ณ So all the threads and chattering here and social media talking about the release just says New Print ๐ and no mention of the actual name of the piece, or even worse is when people make up a title for themselves ๐คฃ It makes it so years or even just months into the future you end up with the history of the piece forgotten as it's hard to identify what was being talked about.
Advice - make a clear and short title for your Art and tell everyone the title right at the very start ๐

Artists - Please Title Your Art, by Daniel Silk on Jul 13, 2022 2:15:32 GMT 1, Looking back, I have found old release threads when the Artist or Gallery telling you everything about the release, Price, Size, Edition, Artist, even the type of Paper, but then don't show you an image! ๐ So the thread ends up everyone discussing the price, while surely the most important thing is forgotten ๐ do people actually like the image? ๐
