Have you noticed any changes on Instagram recently?
I think, like on here, the effects of people using adblockers and such is forcing sites to adjust their algorithms to favor those paying. Who do you think this will eventually play out?

Problem is most people use IG to see picture's of their friend' dogs. If people wanted to see videos of strangers doing the latest dance craze they'd just download Tiktok. Not the brightest move.

Most Artists and Collectors are very political, and are against advertising or a site generating any type of revenue to pay for the service. Basically Art on Social Media is doomed to fail. |

I live in my own little world, painting wildlife & storms. ...and when i'm not doing that, i stare into the middle distance. haha Lol i have faith good politics exist. Dont blame you, wish i could detatch from it! watching from the sidelines (probably not even that close!) is pretty shit these days. Mind games is so the truth. That sounds like most, but your job is pretty cool rather than a grind to survive. your winning at life already.
The only mildly political thing i do read are books about the Zapatistas in Chiapas, Mexico. They are Libertarians, so don't really base themselves on government politics, because they're anarchists. A rebel army fighting for the rights of the land they live on.
but outside of that i don't pay attention to anything because it's too divisive. I know enough, to know not to waste time with any of it, haha
oh, i wish painting was my job, i work full time, and do oil painting in spare time. i'm still new to it all.
