This is the first I've heard of the mural, and I've no idea regarding the identity of the artist(s).

Still hoping to be impressed by the finished piece. Concept-wise and at least thus far, however, it doesn't seem especially inspired.

My guess is that it will consist of a bemusing yet trite juxtaposition of imagery — including The Shining twins.

But please let the theme be more interesting than some high-school-level commentary about consumerism.
