With the Welcome Mats and Walked Off Hotel, Wall Sculptures, Banksy obviously want to help people in those types of situations by creating employment.

So 🤔 What suggestions do you have for Banksy to do next? Where in the World could Banksy get involved, raising the profile of an issue, plus some type of employment, art release.

He seems to prefer the very political issues, but I think something more Environmental would be nice, a bit like the Pet Shop maybe? Endangered Species, or Forest Protection?

What are your ideas? What do you suggest?

Yeah, I think an Environmental Project would be good 👍🏻

Not cop-out but a change of pace, the enviornment or an endangered species is a good topic. Many angles can be taken, effects on the planet and how governments use the emotional side to luander money and change nothing. The great reset would be a good topic. 

I think it would be great for him if he properly came out of hiding, so he could walk down the street, head held high in Bristol, and enjoy a bit of freedom back in his own neighborhood. Doing street pieces in full view of everyone, maybe having his own personal gallery space, open studio days a bit like Hirst.

As long as his next great reveal is proper Banksy and not some new direction. I’d hate for it to be adored by Quentin and the other gallery chin strokers, they can stick to the lazy ‘art’ of Emin’s knicker strewn bed and a pile of black bin bags to discuss. Just give us a couple tramps spit roasting a BP executive over an open fire and call it eat the rich. 

Sounds like a great idea 👏🏻 certainly loads of possibilities for him to do something special there.

I think maybe sometimes his views might go against popular opinion, or are on a subject that's complex, and could be misinterpreted. I wonder if he gets advised by his PR and Legal team to avoid commenting sometimes.

December last year last time on instaface, that’s the trouble when you go from
graffiti artist to commercial artist. Banksy from Brizzle is now Robin from Kent in his gated community. When your stuff become the Athena norm and greeting card fodder where do you go next? 

Also, given the magnitude of the situation, maybe timing plays a big role in when or if he does something. This isn't poking fun at politics. 

That's why I think he needs a team around him, so even if he hasn't got time or energy himself, they can keep the ball rolling and feed the demand from the followers.
Doesn't Banksy have someone who's fulltime, Social Media?

Shame all those Russians cannot spend their 'hard earned' money eh.

Banksy quiet all this year, Cliff Richard back with a new Christmas album for the first time in 20 years. Coincidence? Is Banksy really Sir Cliff of Gunningham? 

That’s the joy and amazement of art, it’s the Emperors new clothes yet again, the ability to extract huge amounts of money from the chin strokers so they can boast at dinner parties they have an original by blah blah blah. Damien Hurst the classic example, all his animal in tank work is done by students on minimum wage at his hideous odour omitting non branded factory in Stroud…. But it’s ok, it’s has a COA from the artist for half a roadkill badger in a tank. Harry Enfield sketch anyone?
