I don't know if you still want feedback about this drawing, but I wouldn't touch this 100% fake under any circumstances.

The way you know if something is real or fake is by doing the research about an artist. Get to know their market. That knowledge is your best defense against being ripped off.

This work doesn't bear the hallmarks of a genuine work by Haring. The signature doesn't look like a Haring signature (and doesn't even seem to spell Haring). Haring did drawings on paper, but that's where the similarities end.

In short...this is very likely a fake Keith Haring drawing.

No amount of "COA's or gallery authentication" will change this into a genuine Haring drawing.

Basically, don't trade or purchase this, unless you love it as a drawing in the style of Keith Haring.

Sadly, there are many more fake Haring drawings and paintings than there are originals.

Why don't you reach out to Julie Green the executor of the estate who supposedly signed the document claiming the work is genuine.

Where do you all see the Keith Haring editions like those from his 1990 signed print edition of Story of Red and Blue edition going? Similar to the attached;

These pieces look like classic recognizable Keith Haring pieces recognized by all but seem to still be affordable. What I’ve seen they are all blind stamped, signed by artist and authenticated in the rear by the Estate of Keith Haring.

These weren't signed by Keith to my knowledge, certainly the regular edition as published after his death, some plates have a printed signature that looks like a pencil signature. That being said there maybe some proofs floating around that were signed prior to publishing but I'd expect they command a healthy premium. 

Red and blues are not hand signed. That’s a printed signature on the front. That is why they are estate stamped and signed by Julia gruen.
