I think it’s in the wording though saying Souvenir or ephemeral, nothing says it’s a genuine Banksy original artwork. Also did you think you’d be purchasing a real Banksy for a few hundred dollars ? If it’s too good to be true… again try a charge back through your credit card company. Hope you get your money back and lesson learnt

Given all the obvious counterfeits being sold on CharityStars.com, on what basis have you come to believe the item you won is a genuine Banksy?

Suggesting jeanmichel contact their credit or debit card issuer is sound advice. That is the first phone call I would make in such circumstances.

Sorry to sound brutal but if you buy a Banksy for a few hundred dollars and it does not say it comes with a Pest Control CoA, then I'm not sure you can really complain when you find out it's not genuine. |

If you bring it into any credible auction house (e.g. Christie's, Sotheby's or Phillips), or any credible specialist dealer of Warhol artworks, they will immediately confirm the same.
I would now focus your efforts on trying to get a refund from CharityStars.com. They are rather notorious scammers.
If you wisely paid using a debit or credit card, then contact your card issuer in the first instance and request they iniate a chargeback.
Going forward, please beware of giving any entity the benefit of the doubt simply because they cynically included the words "charity", "auctions" or "gallery" in their business names.
