I don't see selling it and just want to enjoy the print.

What do you think I can expect to pay? this is a big print and taking it to a high street framer isn't a wise move in my opinion.
I'm a bit of a framing nerd I love how the framing can uplift or bring down the work.
At the minimum it should protect and preserve the artwork.

During my initial consultation, I chose this frame but seeing that vertical pic makes me want to start over and go with something similar.
I had sticker shock when they told me $1,200 so I decided to hold off and now Iโm glad I did.
Hereโs the frame I picked out when I was planning to display horizontally.

Obviously it adds quite a bit of weight so you need to fix with a baton to a solid wall generally, and it will require a sub frame. It does come out about 1/4 of the price of Optium and long term is much better, as easier to clean and less prone to scratching. I really wouldn't want to spend more than a grand framing one of these. I did a 1.2m x 0.8m piece with 99% AUV, non reflective, laminated glass and cost me around ยฃ500 from reputable framer, I did a 1.1m x 1.1m with Darbyshire in same glass for a grand and they're expensive. ยฃ1k and most decent framers should make you a nice frame with the laminated glass.
