The latest is the ltd Shrigley posters... they're stuck in customs (again) into the UK
This happened last week with some stuff I was bringing in... you get a load of indecipherable voicemails, the items arrive really late and they were absolutely trashed, the tubes had been stamped on, boot marks all over them... thankfully the sender is sending more but still
Now I'm trying to get the Shrigleys delivered and I'm wondering if they'll arrive the same
Is everyone having this issue with UPS? Is it UK wide? World wide?

If the tube is with UK customs then there is nothing you, UPS or Shrig Shop can do to speed it up, but to offer some reassuranceโฆ Iโve had nothing held up for more than a few days recently (and the parcels have been released with no charges as well).

Is it UK wide? World wide? The customer service at the Shrig Shop is first class. If UPS damage anything they will replace immediately and cover all shipping costs again. Sounds like Shrig Shop have sent out very quickly already as only released at the weekend. If so they might end up in customs and they may get you to fill in loads of forms etc. I try keep my orders lower than this amount these days, unless of course it is a print that is more expensive.

It was just under ยฃ750 so fingers crossed.
To be honest this was more of a rant about UPS... why does this only happen with them?
All other companies items sail through customs every time, you get invoiced for anything owed, it arrives undamaged.
UPS meanwhile you get loads of indecipherable voicemails, they wait until anything owed is paid before delivery, but critically don't tell you you need to pay anything... sometimes asking for cash on delivery (yeah cos I have ยฃ69.52 in cash exactly lying around like it's the Victorian era or something!)... and then when it does arrive it's more than likely trashed.
Agreed Shrig Shop are great! But UPS... jesus wept.
So is anyone else having these awful experiences with UPS or is it just me?
