As Christmas season is around the corner, I am once again thinking of my friends here and want to make sure you each have a chance to get a fun present in the mail to put under the tree. The holidays is a time to think about others, and to remind those you care about how important they are. I offer my yearly giveaway of what I love most - stickers - to anyone interested, only two rules:
1. Post below an image of a sticker from an artist you like, and tell us why you dig it! Extra points for a story of how/when you first came about it!
2. When you post, please be sure to number yourself #1,2,3,4... with your @handle.
One of my favorite joys of street art is the surprise of discovering new art and artists, so it would be fun to see what you all like too. This year, I know a lot of us left the forums and things aren't quite the same, but I still wanted to do this giveaway, as a gesture of gratitude towards all of you that share my passion for art, stickers and collecting. I will send a personalized gift pack to each of you with some small things from my collection. It will be an assortment of street art and graffiti stickers, for some I will try and also include a few other extra bits like a show card, pins, a patch etc. I have been collecting art and specifically stickers for the last 30 years and this is my way of sharing the holiday with you, my street art family! Small gestures of kindness towards others, can make a lifetime of impact. Thank you guys for contributing to my happiness and enjoyment of art this year, I always enjoy getting a chance to talk about art with you.

Hey Wavey thanks for doing this again, Nice to see peoples pics and here there stories,
Here`s a pic i took last weekend in Brick Lane, Back in the day SWEET TOOF was everywhere in Shoreditch/Hackney but since he moved away we are only left with the faded teeth that have been lucky to survive, most of them are down by the River embankments. But he was over recently with his girlfriend and there had a exhibition together, so he hit up the streets again. Always great seeing these, its like bumping into an old friend.

If you’ve ever been to Los Angeles you could not miss Deil and Ster stickers!
They are literally on every stop light in Los Angeles and I do mean everywhere!!
These guys are by far the slap kings of Los Angeles. The amount of ground they have covered is unbelievable! I choose this sticker not because of it design, but more because of the amount of work and dedication these 2 have for the game! True All City Kings!!![]()

Hello ! thank you again for this fantastic gesture (I collect stickers, like I collected badges (or singles) in the punk era!)
Well I would like to post four/five of those ( i have some from Team Robbo sent by my friend Choci Roc, some others from the SSOSVA Dove painted on Bethlehem 's wall by another ( girl ) friend etc .. ) , but as the rules are about the preferred one founded in the street I will only post ... 2! first one is anyway my best one. Second one is a bonus.
the first is from NME Urban art ( Nme1) a longtime friend of the Bristol/SSOSVA/Tauton etc...
its Weapon of Mass Distraction and it represents Bomb Hunger in Banksy style but with a Facebook in her hand. its from 2012. I stuck it 20 years ago and guess what ( the original is darker ) ! I ve been in an area that i have not been since decases and I was still here! big surprise! the stickers are like footprints, marks of time and artists. they are landmarks and go down in the history of the spot! (I also put the original in photo)
the second in the manner of Dolk was taken after a feminist demonstration including German and French! I also adore it.

I collect stickers for years too.
Here is one I like a lot. So cynical.
It is from Rero, who uses text to express in black and white terms his critical thinking with regards to a fleeting and unyielding reality.
I often find his puchlines very strong and they will for sure make you think twice when you read them!
My advise : check his work if you don't already know him.

Just for kicks I wanted to share my favourite sticker of the year.. which says a lot as I travel to a new city every month and have seen so many! This one is from Portland, artist unknown.. it really caught my eye because everyone knows this company and it looked like an official amazon sticker at first glance, so really odd to see it in the streets. And then I read it and I mean c'mon, the sense of humor is so good and unexpected! It made me laugh and to see that there is no instagram handle or attribution to the author is even better because it makes one wonder, who made it, and went to all the efforts? They must love Amazon 😂 😂
If anyone can discover the source of the sticker, that would make my day, I am still so curious! Lol!

I have chosen him because (a) I always see his stuff on the streets when I go to London or Brighton, plus this year I also found his stickers in Norway, which I was impressed by, and (b) when I started following him on Insta and discovered the linocut element of his work I was even more impressed. So finding this when visiting Milan on my honeymoon this year was pretty epic!
My Mrs has got used to me disappearing down side streets, cranking my neck up to look at random sign posts, bollards or store shutters now, wandering through another city taking photos of random shit that no one else’s notices has become a norm.
I know it’s a ‘No-No’ but I wanted to peel one of these faded and cracked Hand drawn Tie slaps so bad! Adding one of these for my collection would be next level, but keeping to the unwritten rules (and knowing they would turn to dust as soon as I attempted to peel!) these stayed well secured for the next lucky sticker nerd to find them!

Nice!! These are reprints that MQ makes but still totally awesome! Every year on TIE's birthday, MQ puts together a special TIE sticker pack at Low Key skate shop in San Francisco, the sticker packs are free and are different each year. I would recommend marking your calendar so you can snag a pack, since they make it available online for that one day only!

This pack included big hitters like Skam, Rx Skulls, Coma, Infoe just to name a few. Then the WAVE pack, is full of splendor. Nice stuff, Dude. Keep up the great work.
