Still no information from my side on the expedition but I think I'll be in the last ones considering the moment I pulled the trigger.

I would describe the OG image as light, pastel shade based and with a lot of brightness
the images from those who have these looks like a dark red and brow hue or filter has been applied

I guess this is what I'm concerned about. One image is taken from the product page on Avant Arte and the other is from someone who just received the print...
The colours of the print in the customers photo look so much darker and muddy. Really hope it looks like the Avant product photos with the nice bright and neon colours.

It looks solely to be an issue of lighting. I cannot imagine a printer ever selling an item with such drastic differences in color. I assume that the finished product will match what was seen on the website.
Edit: Perhaps Iโll regret this, but those EBay pictures do look very dark. A nail-biter for sure.

Maybe people just want the artwork to be accurate to what was painted and displayed on the product listing page. Can't be that hard and it makes a big difference in the appearance/feel of the artwork (if that's what you care about).

I have to agree, that dark forest green being subbed in for the neon green, really changes the overall appearance of this work. I haven't received mine, so I'll reserve judgement bI really hope this isn't the case, because it just isn't as nice to look at with those earthy darker hues. Those neon pops are an appealing part of her work.
Fingers crossed... maybe they haven't finished printing them all, so they can adjust the tones back towards the original?
I haven't gotten an email yet so, they may still be producing them.
I am still excited about seeing it in person!

I was instantly excited its quite big, full of colour and when I held it up the print quality was very good. Of course others may have a different reaction but I think its a stretch to be complaining about the printer and quality control if you haven't seen it in person yet.

True, can't fully know until seen in the flesh... however, by then it could be too late.
If the colours aren't accurate and it's not what was expected then it would save shipping back a huge piece for a return by simply cancelling an order that hasn't been shipped yet.

Tomorrow I'm at our warehouse in person and will share images of the work that represent it better. Personally I found the print to be very vibrant and bright but I will also share some extra video footage on our Discord server that show the print "moving" in the light.
