I got the email on the 23rd, been in shock ever since if I’m honest trying to process the news. I’ve not really got the money but I’m finding it. I’ve only told one member of my close family who I trust with my life and they think I’m insane but have no concept of Banksy. I’m a nobody, I have a basic job and life have just followed Banksy’s work over the last decade or so. Haven’t thought much further ahead than buying it but know I can’t miss this opportunity because of money.
I’m not posting any pics of emails because I don’t want to be responsible for any fraud attempts. Will also delete this if I get lots of unsolicited messages but just wanted to speak to people who understand how big this is.
Happy holidays everyone!

I think Banksy should put in sale a print or I dunno what, accessible for all of us ! 50 quid per example..A limited unlimited art on two or three days ! He would get much money to help Ukraine. Much work also... Imagine packaging and sending billions of goodies !maybe Santa could help then...

On the basis there are 50 on the planet it’s highly likely we would only ever see 1 or 2 bits of info if any at all

All the emails came from the same legacy of war email address and were titled;
IMPORTANT - BANKSY/ LEGACY OF WAR SCREENPRINT, ACTION REQUIRED

Buyers were given until 6/1/23 to pay which means it’s possible that someone lucky may get a second chance email then

I do think these lottery's would be better done by entering your Instagram handle and following Legacy of War Foundation , at least that way, they can have a look at who is legit, who is clearly an art flipper, and be pretty sure only one entry is done per person.
It would also boost the spread for the Legacy of War Foundation.
Maybe a small dontation to enter would have been a good thing too, with a million applications, a donation of £5 per application would have been a huge help to the cause.
Sadly I did not get an email, but well done to those who did
