It is strange they didn’t just ask for an address when registering
I am confident that based on the amount of applications and the fact they have 7 days to get back to everyone there won’t be all that much vetting going on anyway
Easier to place most of them in good homes

For teens, gamers and cheaters. i hate this app with all these emoji and “ lol 😂 “ everywhere … Not everybody is on discord only 85% of flippers. There is that saying, 'Don't hate the players, hate the game."
Imma go out on a limb (without any Discord experience) and hate both player and game. If you buy multiples of a limited piece and then try to turn around and sell it to your peers with more than a 25% mark-up, you're a...(insert your favorite derogatory term here).
I don't think I've seen this on here, Oxford's word of the year: Goblin Mode. Goblin Mode refers to “a type of behavior which is unapologetically self-indulgent, lazy, slovenly, or greedy, typically in a way that rejects social norms or I don’t criticize gamers , teens etc , my son was and is still a geek, and everybody likes what he likes :-)
It’s much about a bunch of people from there , that met us here, who were friends and discussed with a lot on here, happy to share and enjoy news, launches, issues etc … and that left here ( they are still here - they “ need “ UAA - but don’t share any infos here now, keeping them for their Discords groups ! In secrecy. They blocked me, never invited me, and told me to stay out their clan ! That’s why I criticize this hyped discord young flippers. Not fair at all !

Banksy • frAGILE • Legacy of War Foundation , by esfer on Dec 10, 2022 15:52:21 GMT 1, Maybe the reason for the amount chosen to donate had something to do with how much money can be donated easily across international borders, while trying to maintain one's anonymity? Maybe donating 10 Million pounds isn't easy at all, but maybe donating £250k is managable.
I also agree that he's likely bringing attention to a great cause.
I know the chance is slim to none...but what a beauty of a print if you're one of the lucky!
Good luck to everyone!

Postcodes in other countries doesn't work the same way as in the UK. Here in Copenhagen we have almost 100.000 people that are sharing one postcode. And the postcode only consists of 4 digits.
About flippers... Well I would rather stay in my tiny apartment with a Banksy on my wall, than flip it to buy a house.

The Kiel Institute has already tracked €93.8 billion from 40 countries in financial, humanitarian, and military aid to Ukraine, from 24 January to 3 October 2022. The US alone has already contributed $68 billion to the Ukraine, with another $37 billion scheduled for January 2023. That will put us at $105 billion.
Anyone in the US with half a brain understands that the US donations are likely being repaid back to the US Military Industrial Complex (rich american war profiteers and the politicians on their payrolls) by the Ukrainian government to reimburse us for military aid, etc.
Essentially the US government redistributed the wealth of our taxpayers, into the pockets of the US elite, by using the Ukraine as a giant money laundering facility for the tax dollars stolen. Sorta like the US deal with Pfizer, but I digress.
I'm positing that perhaps giving money directly to Lagacy of War Foundation is more likely to help Ukrainian civilians in need of aid, than to simply rely on the monies donated by our universally corrupt governments.

Banksy • frAGILE • Legacy of War Foundation , by Lroy on Dec 11, 2022 14:28:31 GMT 1, At my opinion and even if I have not the money to buy, 5 k asked by Banksy for a small edition print, is not expensive at all ( anyway will it be enough to buy ambulances etc ?) I remember some artists asking 2, 3 or 4 ( even 7 k) for limited installations or prints ( and even not for charity ) : I remember Os Gemeos, Pejac, Pins ( near 2 k I think ) and of course Hirst and contemporary artists. It’s expensive for people like me, but bargain for those having money and collecting Banksy.
Just maybe, some are already reserved for Banksy ‘ s mates or usual vip. But can we blame him ? Of course not. Every artists or galeries are doing that. I know, I have had help, for great artworks ( very cheapest of course ) I like the cardboard and the mice : a mix of Evol, and Banksy with this hypnotic, enigmatic and singular word : Fragile. Do you hear me ?

Banksy • frAGILE • Legacy of War Foundation , by Wendero on Dec 11, 2022 14:41:56 GMT 1, Only 5k ? Are you serious Banksy? Too little!
Hundreds of thousands of people will apply for this print, even if they can't affort it, they will somehow make money if they are selected.
And I'm not saying too little just because it's a Banksy, but I'm saying too little because an artist like him could have collected at least double, even triple for Ucraine friends.
The selection process will be different from that of GDP, the selection will be done by a computer ... they won't even read what you wrote, so it will take pure luck
Soon on the market, soon someone here asking 50/60k.
Only 5k ? Are you serious Banksy? Too little!
Hundreds of thousands of people will apply for this print, even if they can't affort it, they will somehow make money if they are selected.
And I'm not saying too little just because it's a Banksy, but I'm saying too little because an artist like him could have collected at least double, even triple for Ucraine friends.
The selection process will be different from that of GDP, the selection will be done by a computer ... they won't even read what you wrote, so it will take pure luck
Soon on the market, soon someone here asking 50/60k.

Banksy • frAGILE • Legacy of War Foundation , by Jules Leotard on Dec 12, 2022 6:32:32 GMT 1, Registered. Did anyone receive any form of email confirmation? I didn't receive an email confirmation either. It's probably status quo.
Is it sad that I wish he would do a charity fundraiser with just his tag on A4 paper? Just spray thousands and thousands with multiple colors of spray (i.e. walk down a row of tables all covered with Banksy stencils and hold the button down, make a second pass with another color a la Damien Hirst). For extra punch give them names like Croydon, Shoreditch, or thoughts that pop into his or his team's heads. Unsigned 100 GBP, signed 500 GBP. No art centerpiece required. Timed-release with no limit on how many anyone can buy. I think he would be able to rebuild a city with the cash.
The final joke to it would be that he never releases the edition size. Each tag is numbered, but only sequentially, but in essence each is an original tag. The coup de grâce, to deter flipping, he lets us all know that they made lots and lots of them.

Banksy • frAGILE • Legacy of War Foundation , by Newar on Dec 12, 2022 11:31:52 GMT 1, No thanks. H. B. is making a killing with this war thanks to daddy
