Ai Weiwei in Hyde Park , by crassusstorm on Aug 16, 2023 18:41:41 GMT 1, I don't have any hard figures, either, I'm afraid. I got mine early on in Hyde Park, but, from the post above, he had run out of paper in the park after 40mins, so not that many there - maybe about 250? The other release was time-limited (from 10-20th December 2022) from Maybe Art - perhaps it's worth checking with them?

Ai Weiwei in Hyde Park , by Jules Leotard on Aug 17, 2023 6:28:35 GMT 1, I don't think that the gallery has or will disclose final numbers. My guess (no hard facts to support this) is that not that many were made. If this is any indication of edition size, there is only one for sale on Artsy: its framed and the gallery thinks the right price is about 3,5k Hey Londown,
I have a question for you or anyone who might want to chime in. I am framing one of these and putting a UV light above it for turning on/off intermittently and obviously I can't use a UV protective glass (not that I have any, but it is small enough that I could without breaking the bank). Are these going to degrade at a faster rate or does UV ink inherently deal with the UV spectrum better than ordinary screen print paint. I assume if I upgraded to UV glass that the UV light will no longer expose the underlying work. Am I correct?

Ai Weiwei in Hyde Park , by Londown 01 on Aug 17, 2023 12:06:29 GMT 1, I am afraid that I cannot answer your questions: though I would like to know the answers as well. Makes sense that UV protective light could intervene with the visibility. (Somebody on here should know more about that!)
Mine is still in the envelope because I haven't made it to the framers yet. They are also the ones I would put these questions to. I only take it out at times for my personal enjoyment and "reveal" the underlying artwork with a UV-flashlight.

UV glass will not stop a blacklight making the text appear, its not the same thing.
