Well Os Gemeos have already shown that they have no problems in trying to screw as much cash as they can out if their art and, coming from a rich neighbourhood, have little in common with the people protesting the games.

Not really.
I've not got anything against their art, it's not my thing that's all.
I just think that they've shown their true colours by sucking up to FIFA while other less well known (and much poorer) artists have chosen to make a valid statement about the whole sorry state of affairs over in Brazil. There are flavellas bring 'cleansed' by bulldozing down people's homes, construction workers dying as they try to get stadiums built on time and protest after protest by people who just see this as a big waste of money that would be much better put elsewhere. This was Os Gemeos's perfect opportunity to let the worlds media know what's happening but instead they choose to paint a plane.

They are acting more like Damian Hirst these days than street artists. Only Damian Hirst charges less for a print lol
