I hear what you are saying however to be fair and with respect to Stik thousands of people have taken their kids to this project and many won't have a clue that they would be able to sell them around the world to art collectors. Today I saw quite a few people carrying tubes with a few children in tow and they could well have queued up every afternoon? I also saw at least a hundred children literally destroying them by whacking each other with them, just playing but obviously their parents aren't forum members! For many people it was just a bit of fun for the kids at half term. There's a cost of living crisis so perhaps for some that are in the know the cash is more important than a print? I'd never get Roxy's back...I've trained her too well, although she may sell in 15 years to pay for university fee's. |

Selling doesnโt take away from it being a fun thing to do with your kiddo.
Not selling mine as Iโm not in a place where I need to, but if the money was a meaningful sum, of course I would. The kid would probably learn more, and have had a fun day. Oh no, what a travesty.

Itโs a flimsy bit of paper, thereโll never be any provenance, and it was made by them not Stik. But it is fun and the kids enjoyed it. I love these works. I think they look amazing also. No kids unfortunately

Yep, tried to go but tickets were always gone. Wasn't worth the travel and queuing risk with a 4 year old !. Quite rightly, he'd be bored out of his mind waiting lol. |
