The angle makes a complete mess of the trompe-l'œil and almost completely misses the (seemingly) blood-spattered frying pan.
And if you don't think it's by Banksy you're probably the sort of person who thinks Martin Whatson is a graffiti artist.
Theres no question it is a Banksy. The hands, the feet, the skin colour.
It's pretty obvious.

At first glance I thought it was an afterthought of his to add the blue checking, but it's clear that they were actually very cleverly painted before the stencil work was done. |
