After my dreadful experience, stories emerged of pieces being held at customs due to non payment - resulting in the owners having to fly out to pay to get their originals back. Customs have the right to sell any work to recover their losses!
I unfortunately consigned a fair number of prints for a USA leg of the tour, they all returned with damaged frames, scratched glass and I have been unable to get any compensation out of them - despite the damage clause in their contract.
Ultimately I was happy to get the pieces back, but there was a moment when I thought they were gone.
The entire experience was a nightmare, think twice before handing over your valuable work to this company.
Any one else have similar experiences?

not with them but with a well known Banksy trader
it was a nightmare... and my best print was damaged because it wasn't framed professionally. Insurance did not covered damage. And if needed they don't respect contract.
I ended up with a small compensation.
My sincere advise is to NEVER NEVER NEVER rent your artwork especially to those shady Banksy's show.

I feel like the stamps will get their own dedicated exhibition.
Sorry to hear about their bad dealings, will definitely make me think twice about visiting this exhibition. So sad that it's one of the only ways to see most of his work...
