Just thought I'd do a comparison for you with a few prints that were recently discussed on here:
BASELITZ, etching, ed. 100: (from source) € 850.-
WEIWEI, screenprint, ed. 100: (from source) € 1452.-
SHRIGLEY, screenprint, ed. 125: (from source) € 1800.-
INVADER, photo printout, ed. 744: (flipped for) € 8600.-
I'm sure my point is obvious. - Asking that kind of money is at best optimistic; anyone buying a recently available timed edition for that amount is an '#i&/!
