I'm not questioning this is or isn't happening, just that it's such an easy way to put money where he feels is correct
If anyone here gains, then that's really not his motive, I guess, rather to get those with money (as a lot of us can't or won't be able to act on this info, just those with money) to run around throwing money about whilst being in control of who actually gets lucky.
If this is true fair play, hopefully the peeps that get lucky are the homeless and not the chasers..
