Will go and have a look at the work and space, but prices are eye watering and marketing for this has been immense, instagram, press, I've also had an actual letter and also a 'personal' "hey its been a while (do you have a spare $1.3m) email direct from Heni.
The machine is on full marketing mode.
I appreciate DH gets a hard time and I can see and appreciate everyones pov on this forum, but if i could take up my carpet tiles in my office and put them on the wall for a handsome sum - I bloody well would.

The nice items are the 6 page catalogues and I would swap a Banksy tote bag for a couple of these. I stole this image off eBay and I expect they will be flooded with them very soon.
The seascape paintings are quite impressive though so I will pop down to Phillips if I get the chance to get to London during the summer.

How many chances do you get to have an original Hirst?? There are a full range of Warhol's out there...and I wouldn't complain a bit about having one of his least favorite originals on my wall (despite all his work being done by assistants too).
I feel all the people on here slagging these works are just trying to eliminate competition. Are these pieces a diamond-encrusted skull? No. But everyone clamors on and on about the 5,000 or so Currency pieces but then turns around and hates these...shaking my head.

Think so... think there was 100 of each colour available. Don't quote me on that though.
This was my favourite of the options. The signature was easier to read on the other colours but I think this is the nicest image.

Priced at more than better secondary pieces it’s worth doing some homework. In terms of comparisons against the Veil works those will always be considered works on paper - he knows exactly what he’s doing. I’ve seen the 30x30cm work for 100k and it would sell for half that if it went through auction right now.
