I want to bring to your attention a recent experience I had with StockX, which I believe showcases their unprofessionalism.
I recently sold a brand new item for over $5000. The item was shipped directly from the manufacturer and I sent it to StockX's office for inspection. Surprisingly, it failed their inspection.
Upon returning the product to me, StockX used different packaging, which was concerning. Unfortunately, I was away for the weekend and the shipping carrier left the box on my porch for a few days while it rained. When I returned, I discovered a visibly soaked and then dried box. I immediately contacted StockX to inquire why they didn't provide a tracking number or require a signature upon delivery, as this could have prevented the damage.
My experience with StockX's customer service has been frustrating. I have been passed from one advisor to another, and they seem to make it nearly impossible to file a formal complaint. They tend to close the case as quickly as possible without addressing the concerns adequately.

There were videos on social media of people documenting themselves purchasing fakes and selling them on stockx to prove StockX authentication is clueless.
