Many low tier auction houses sell fake Haring works, so that alone won't count for anything. Do you have original provenance letters from Cassinelli with it? And as Daniel Silk said above, any photos of the time period there with the piece?

Didn't take me long to find it and I suspect you already had too.

What you have is a counterfeit or reproduction Keith Haring.
It is valueless.
And that should have been obvious to you.
Did you not spot your item is different to the sign that was listed on the website of Guernsey's auction house in New York (the third image you posted)?
Start by looking at the godawful signature on yours, which you curiously kept from our view:
Then bring out a measuring tape, to see how the 47 x 40 cm rectangular counterfeit you have compares to the 90 x 90 cm square format from the Guernsey's site:
