Full disclosure I sold them the print. Seems like not a bad concept obviously plenty have gone before. Anyone have experience of these raffles or run one?

the way they operate this, (atleast in the uk), is illegal there is an art competition site but only done 2 competitions so far Really, I’ve never heard of that but to be fair I haven’t seen many of these raffles so guess there must be some legal issues surrounding them, obviously gambling is heavily regulated in most countries. I remember the lotteries for the super cars they used to run be presumably they had a gambling license. It’s based out of Canada so presumably they have a different legal frame work |

it’s for profit raffles without competition aspect that are illegal in UK
But it’s very rarely enforced loads get away with it!

I’ve seen a few recently where they are giving away expensive houses and so on. I expect unless you’re making millions it’s not worth the effort to get a gaming license as it’s an expensive and time consuming process.

You are also meant to have measures in place to prevent children and vulnerable others participating. |

Research prize competitions, they are basically lotteries but do not require a license theres endless companies doing it in the UK |
