As long as it can't be proven to be real it can only be valued as a fake. But on the other hand if you could prove it's a book that belonged to Brian Haw and was signed by Banksy it's a true piece of art and social history.

Its a nice item, probably the real deal, but ultimately only worth what someone is willing to pay based on the fact it will never be authenticated.
