Questions:
So this is called "handmade".
Someone spray paints multiple elements of each print and then hand paints the border. Also someone does the manual screen printing.
Did the artists create each print?
Is handmade more desirable than hand finished even if it isn't really creating a unique image?
Love so much about this - red white and blue, classic faile dog posters, the cityscape, the "safe for work" woman with a MoMA bag looking at urban art, the dog bothered by the faile dog image, the BAST reference and the hand done elements.
The vibe is there - you can hear the dog barking, the heels on the sidewalk and feel the moment of a quiet night on a urban street.

I'm hoping the Patricks were on hand to help with the production of the prints, but Isn't Underdogs located in Italy? (Kinda far from NYC...)

I raised a review with them saying that import duty on works of art should be 5%, but Underdogs did not state that it is an artwork on the customs declaration, so Fedex have come back with a similar bill after the review. Anyone else have this issue with Underdogs or Fedex?

Unfortunately once it's passed along to Fedex it's difficult to have it reassessed by them - you'll probably have to pay the full amount, and then request reimbursement from the HMRC for the difference |

Anyone else have this issue with Underdogs or Fedex? I got one of these and the PichiAvo sculpture, both delivered by FedEx and the customs charge was about ยฃ70 total. It may be worth contacting Underdogs for an invoice that states it is art and then raise it with FedEx and HMRC as best you can. The problem with FedEx is that they pre-pay the tax for you to "expedite" the process, which is why they tack on an additional fee. So if I were in your shoes I'd be asking for a reimbursement of the fee as well, seeing as they have executed the tax incorrectly. |

I had to do this recently claiming back the overcharged 15% (prints from the states) and they refunded it within a couple of weeks no problem

Greatly appreciated from this side.

I like the print even more now that fairness has prevailed.
By the way, the white frame looks great. It helps lift the image and takes out some of the heft of the black base colour.
