As far as I'm concered stickers are the perfect medium for any urban / street artist, besides graffiti, stencils, paste ups, tiles, sculptures etc. to get up, so I don't really get why people are scratching their heads for some people wanting to complete some sticker sets... Maybe we could open a separate thread for the stickers-only discussion though?

There was a massive wall at the Invader Exhibition that was left empty so people could put their own slaps on. I would love to see photos of what it looks like now as it was completely empty when I went.

this exhibition is about mood and general impression of a 25 years work. It is done for the 99,99% of people who have not seen any other works than those in the streets. It is a turnpoint, it is when invader becomes a classic.

I went twice and spent 1.5 hours each time and thoroughly enjoyed all of the levels. I even learnt some things I had not previously known. Best of all, itโs in Paris where there are another 1,500 Invaders to discover. It was well worth the trip from the UK and Iโm glad I did not miss it.
I thought the exhibition was bloody great value for just 10 Euro. I went twice and spent 1.5 hours each time and thoroughly enjoyed all of the levels. I even learnt some things I had not previously known. Best of all, itโs in Paris where there are another 1,500 Invaders to discover. Exhibition is a good opportunity to check the prints out in person as you will probably change your mind what you like the most when you are there. I can't see them being released until after it ends.

Invader Space Station show in Paris, by Buckwurst on Mar 6, 2024 22:27:58 GMT 1, I'm on the fence. On one hand it's great, on the other hand, it could have been a lot better. A lot of space and not enough invading.
The first thing you see coming in, is the installation, to me that was new and refreshing. I hoped it would get better from there, but it turned out it was the highlight for me.
The rest is the accumulation of 26 years of Invaders hard work in the streets of Paris. The giant map, and the 1500 individual Invaders are great, especially for new fans. I saw the map before at Capitale(s) at Hotel de Ville. And I own all the Paris books so I've seen it all before. So impressive yes, new, no. But as I've flashed 1149/1500 of them so it was also a confirmation of my own hard work, mapping them on Google maps, and flashing/finding them in the streets over the last decade.
The Kinder Toys section was fun, mainly because our two boys enjoyed that the most. And I must admit it was fun finding the Easter eggs in the display.
The new Rubik's pieces were great, but we just had the Rubikscubist expo in Brussels, and I enjoyed seeing all the prints again in one place, but I'd already been to Ljubljana. Although it was good seeing the new ones. I've made my choice.. 
The repainted terrace and reactivated PA_992 were nice, but again, nothing new.
I liked the part where he showed all the pictures of Invaders around the world, another personal highlight was seeing AMS_16 there, which is a bit special to me. Although I feel this is where Aliases could have improved the whole show a lot. Unfortunately there were no aliases to be found and to me that was the biggest let down.
Yes, the stickermachines are highly addictive, I might have a sticker problem. I spent โฌ70 with my son in three sessions, traded them every time I was there and it made you feel like a kid again.
After all the trading is done my son can have the rest to stick around the house, as he has done with the MiMa stickers too, he cannot comprehend that I keep them in a bag. I really need to make some kind of album with sleeves.
All in all, I was happy I made it to the opening weekend, spent about 6 hours inside and I was entertained the whole time, met up with friends and family, reminisced, bragged and talked about the art of invader which is such a huge part of my life.
I had a great time there and I encourage everybody to go as well. Let me know if you get any double stickers because I still need a couple..
