Damaged print received from Beyond The Streets , by redefine on Jan 16, 2024 12:14:28 GMT 1, Hello everyone,
Any feedback on Beyond The Streets prints?
I recently purchased a print from them, I just got it in the mailbox today...damaged!
I was waiting for the longest to get one of Estevan Oriol pics and this one was the one for me, I was lucky enough to get my hands on 1 as soon as it was released last week. I had a swift service, dispatched and delivered in UK very quick.
What a pain to see the conditions it got here. I sent them an email with few hopes as the print it's sold out....I'm just really pissed off to be honest.
Any advice? It seems pretty stupid to buy directly from them and now spend money on some restoration!?

It's happened to me before (not Beyond the Streets), all resolved very quickly, you simply evidence you have destroyed the damaged print, they send another one.
Obviously if they aren't very reactive, you can escalate, but I'm sure any decent outfit will sort for you.
Hope you get this resolved.

The distributor agreed to replace, but wanted photographic proof of the damaged prints having been destroyed. The rest of my afternoon was spent in some bizarre and traumatic photoshoot as I destroyed 8 Alien Egg prints while crying my eyes out.
Decent print shops are setup and fully prepared for the odd damage and loss. Things happen, and don't be shy about communicating with a seller if you're not happy.

I don't think I should hold back in terms of writing on a public message board. Quite frankly, if the company is professional people can also read the resolution and feel more confident in future purchases. I'm not opening the thread slashing anyone, I will report back on the resolution.

Damaged print received from Beyond The Streets , by redefine on Jan 17, 2024 0:17:51 GMT 1, Prompt response and yes indeed they have some extra prints so replacing soon. I just had to shred in pieces my print, damn if it hurts!
