That being said, as someone that appreciates the artistry of printmaking, I never collect "fine art digital prints" because that is void of any craftsmanship. This looks like it could have easily been a 3 or 4-color screenprint. Or as an etching would have been very rich with texture and depth. The scale of it is small enough that it could easily be framed (or stored). Personally, I don't love the image, but if you do, it seems like a great entry point to collect the artist's work.
