Well, the witty form filling was done by Mr. longshanks. He is independent of Pest Control.
The form itself was created by a marketing representative for the current owner of the piece, who bought it from a lovely couple for $250k. Apparently maintenance of a mural had become a PITA for them.
Freeman Brickworks did the clandestine removal and reconstruction. Just a job for them. They don't view Pet Control as a good credit, so don't work for them.
At least that is what Banksy told me. I know some around here don't trust him.
