The auction house has provided two quotes which are both over a $1,000 to ship the tray framed canvas. Itโs already packed and ready to ship so the quote does feel excessive. Dimensions are circa 125x95x13 cm and value for insurance is sub ยฃ2k.
I did see the recent thread on shipping from New York and have already reached out to The Packengers and United Shipping & Packaging and they unfortunately donโt cover Miami. I have asked them to provide a quote to ship from New York as itโs a potential option and additional price comparison. Ideally looking for a reliable and sensibly priced shipper from the Miami area.

They arranged the pick up in the states, supplied the correct documentation and codes for the artwork )for the lower rate of import duty) and delivery, it was about ยฃ125 with a declared value of 10k, I paid extra for insurance (2% of value).
Yours is a lot bigger obviously but I canโt see it being more than ยฃ500, worth a try.
