It's free, it's awesome, and I get every e-mail from every art related list I'm on. I mean, I'm sorry you might not get them with the email you're accustomed to, but in this day and age with all the free (and probably overall better) e-mail options, I don't really have much empathy especially if you've known of the problem for some time (I'm looking at you G!  )

I regret to inform you that will not be receiving this print - 'They'll Rip Your Heart Out'.
As it stands there's about 30 or so people who need to be refunded, you being one of them.
In effort to make up for this mix up I would like to offer you the chance to have a one-off special print that we will produce exclusively for you.
It will only be an edition to the amount of people who paid for a Snow White print but won't be getting one. For example, if if 10 of you want this print instead of a refund then it will be an edition of 10 but if all 30 of you want it then it will be an edition of 30.
