He can do a release through whichever medium he chooses, obv OTI would usually be go-to route but you really think thatโs a better/fairer/cleaner option than Heni ๐ Alternative is he does it through the Space shop, and logistically at this stage in his career thatโs also probably a load of grief he neither wants or needs. Maybe that was original plan and for some reason (Paris Olympics on the horizon?) he chose a different path. You may not have liked the dibonds (or their price) but the drop was painless and well managed. They have the scale, resource, Discord, etc. Then he strikes up a relationship with DH, knows that DH didnโt exactly hold Banksy back probably respects the man for what heโs done (regardless of what some on here may feel), and felt the two can help each other. He wants to increase his output again? Surely his choice no? Plus for the most part Heni do as well as anyone managing allocations (always going to miss the odd flipper).
If they turn out to be too expensive (and fwiw DH has gone on record as saying he wanted $10k for the Currencies and it was Joe Hage who convinced him $2k would work better) then donโt buy one, make your point that way.
As ever though, each to their own.
