She apparently went there to buy some chips, but the shop is closed.
I tried to understand where his gaze was directed, and it seems that he is looking at the closed sign.

Anyway, I stand corrected if these are indeed two pelicans enjoying their juicy, bountiful meal. Nice of Mr B to support local business like that!
