A subcontractor on his way back home happened to be passing whilst this alleged offence was being committed, he unknowingly assisted by climbing to help but then immediately became aware of what was occurring as it happened, then went into a panicked, shocked response as the real pranksters/thieves made away with the Dish. It is clear from our side this is an error in judgement, it also looks like a prank for publicity but again is not something Speed Events had any part of and would like to make that completely clear.โ

To me personally these pieces represent the innocence of nature. They have a childlike charm, the artist is enjoying the simplicity and beauty animals have. And to deface them feels like quite a violent act. Deface something political! It's like an ugly analogy of how humans destroy the natural world, what a shame.
I find it so depressing, that you can't have something nice, even for a few days. It's really disheartening.
