I went to the exhibition with some friends and relatives and was incredibly lucky to get precisely the one you posted first (the one the Museo Jumex used to promote the activity)! Some of them also got spin paintings (we did spend some time studying the exhibition when we heard that a trivia was going to take place on our way out).
The questions were quite hard. They asked you about the titles of specific works, the number of diamonds included in For the Love of God, etc.

They might still have some there. I then read that they were giving them away on the previous days to incentivize people to attend the show.

I would expect some other forum members to have attended the show, though. Yes, it was in Mexico and most users are not from Latin America, but it lasted a couple of months. It actually finishes today.

I had not seen most of Hirst's works in person until a couple of days ago, and I have to admit that studying for the trivia was a good way to start understanding some of his statements and conceptual art in general, although I cannot consider myself a Hirst fan yet.
