1. Download the Ticketmaster app (avoid using website browsers as these are more likely to f*ck up / refresh / go back etc) - you then need to close any ticket internet browsers on smartphones/tablets/other PCs (i.e. close everything on your IP address) so these donโt mess with the app.
2. Obviously register, login, save credit card and address details IN ADVANCE.
3. Pay on credit card as this will give you added protection if the brothers fall out and so you donโt have to buy protection.
4. Try to enter the waiting room from 40 minutes (I got in at 37 minutes). You enter the waiting room by selecting the date/venue from the list of all dates. Note you can only book one date/venue in a single booking.
5. Keep the screen moving every 30 seconds so device doesnโt go onto stand-by.
6. When you go into the queue, you will need to choose what ticket you want (inc premium packages so decide in advance). This is where you need to be quick.
7. Once you have selected your seats, you can relax a bit to checkout.
8. You can choose a souvenir ticket @ ยฃ3.95 during the checkout.
9. It will try and sell you insurance/ protection (I opt out).
10. On payment, you will need you log into online banking. This is why I used the Ticketmaster app on my tablet and online banking on smartphone.

On #10 - I used my Amex and didn't need any further verification as I'd previously used it on Ticketmaster although I was expecting a text code. Not sure if a delay at that step would risk losing the tickets - but the best generic advice is to use your credit card that is least likely to require these steps (which is reasonably rare these days to be fair).
Here are 10 tips for buying tomorrow. All good info. I used my web browser as I'm a geriatric millennial that prefers to make important purchases on a laptop/desktop, but also I don't trust my attention span to keep the phone unlocked for that long. One point to add.
For those looking at the Dublin gigs who are not from Ireland (N Ireland, England etc).
On the first screen once your are through it will automatically select your country based on where you have selected you want to buy tickets. In my case I am based in N Ireland and it assumed I was in the South as I selected Dublin. There is a button above the e-ticket selection that you can change your country.
I missed that and it would not accept my payment even though I was logged in. I was timeout and was very lucky to get a second chance and to notice the country selection which had defaulted to Ireland.

As I'm sure you all know, Viagogo is a scam website and tout. Nobody is buying those tickets given they haven't gone on general sale yet (of course). I urge everyone to never buy from them.
As a side note, for the England v Spain Euro finals, people were trying to sell tickets that cost a grand for 4k, then 3k then eventually below cost on the day and day before the final. The masses just don't have the money floating about like they did 3 years ago (the rich have way more but there's far fewer of them!). So if you don't get a ticket, my advice is just be patient, they'll keep adding dates and there'll be reasonable opportunities to get tickets before the gigs come around.
Unhappy to be corrected in summer next year!!

It pains me to think of the gems one could alternatively pick up in a used record store or charity shop for ยฃ35.
