The high street store cannot reproduce then sell anything which is copyright without permission , that is how it works.

Weedontceepee , do not own copyright nor have sought permission to reproduce hence the term copy/fake.

The high street shop will hopefully pay tax on income made as profit.
Weedontceepee will not pay tax post not seeking permission.

Anyone who buys from this seller on ebay is helping someone who is producing fakes , make money.

Give your money to charity , make someone who needs it.. happy at Christmas.

I think the main issue with these types of prints is that they make it easier for unscrupulous folks to try and pass off as originals. I understand that there are marking on the back etc. that distinguish the fact it is a reproduction, but for the uninitiated it is just one more thing to worry about when purchasing a framed Banksy.

I do not see much difference in buying one of these prints and buying a fake Rolex, and while I do not think anyone should be overly chastised for buying these kinds of reproductions, I would rather have a beer with a person that didn't.

You must drink nothing but holy water for a month and send apology emails to POW every day until your soul is cleansed.

I believe he said to preferably print them on your office printer. But either way, I don't think he's too worried about about the corner copy shop making ten cents off his free downloads. 

Anyway, when I hear statements like that, I start to think people are just trolling. It's hard to believe that anyone would actually equate the two in their mind.

To paraphrase, happygoluckychap said, "If you don't like WPC prints, don't buy them." To which I replied, "That's a bit like saying if you don't like assault, don't assault anyone. An extreme example, but you get the point."

The point being that if someone is doing something unethical, it's a bit odd to defend that behavior by telling someone not to do it if they don't like it. 

I asked this question a while ago, and it seems to depend on who you talk to. But yes, they are apparently so bad as to make people's eyes bleed, but also so indistinguishable from the real ones as to be sold on a regular basis as "real" Banksy prints.

I have them Mike to us in the trade it's called a photo copy let me know which ones you want and what your fax number is. THey can be faxed framed or un framed just let me know. Obviously buyer accepts responsibility for repro at your end as I guarantee was perfectin mint condition when faxed.

Like I said, you're not nearly bright enough to be much of a troll. While admittedly vile, your attacks are transparent and your true motives obvious.

A couple of weeks ago, I got into another argument with our resident troll – on the same subject no less. After I called him out for trolling, he apparently started sending emails to charities using an old email address I use to sign up for websites (it was publicly viewable by default). I found this reply a few days later when I was cleaning out the folder.

This is very embarrassing and I am very ashamed about this. I am not
being bullied but I am the bully.

This is not aimed at anyone I know but instead I bully people over the
internet. I go trolling on forums and bully and harass people I have
never met before. I hope this doesn't sound trivial as I hate myself for

I was abused, some sexually, as a child and I found that writing very
angry notes to myself helped. I fear that I am continuing this pattern
on people I have no real problem with.

In a way, it was refreshing to see amboguy show some remorse for who he is as a person. And enlightening to learn that he was abused in the past. But it's still quite disturbing that anyone would waste the time of organizations that donate their time to help people like him.
