They still charge the final value fee, all that seems to have changed is you now get 300 free listings rather than 100 a month.
A few people have mentioned "its free" to me, but every time i go and look, it says you will still pay a FVF. (if i am missing something here, i would be more than eleated to be wrong! i have a ton of stuff i would be more motivated to shift!)

Iโm pretty sure private sellers are free but business accounts still pay a fee. Iโve sold a couple of bits on there since it came in and I received the full amount with no fees.

And is it not the case that eBay have to report any sales over ยฃ1000 in a financial year to the inland revenue? Pretty sure either you or eBay have to declare it as income. |

Perhaps they hope it will attract more new customers but I think everybody already has an eBay account, don't they? |

A friend of mine works for eBay and told me they removed private seller fees in the UK primarily because they were losing so much business to Vinted. |

Investigated it further now, turns out it was a separate VAT added on top since I bought from US (Iโm in EU). |
