I know you will consider offers but if the advertised price is too far off then buyers just won't bother offering. I could see this being worth the asking price if it was in great condition, but as you say there are issues and in my experience I would want to spend half of what a good condition is. Can I ask what is that mark to the left of the "always" outside of the heart? Is it a dent or a tear or similar?
The above isn't meant to derail the sale or to upset you, just some honest advice.
