b) where I can find anything else about Alto Contraste, I've looked on their website but it's in Spanish and my Spanish only extends to '2 pints of lager please'

Anyone know who put it up? \\ Its by paul insect... its not by banksy A member of the press was under the impression that all of the work in the tunnel was by banksy...I got asked by a lady if blek (who was stencilling) was banksy, and I was asked a million times if I had met banksy, and I EVEN heard some girls saying that I was banksy... god im so confused. No wonder he wants to be out of the spotlight its bonkerrs..

Banksy • Cans Festival • 2008, by chablis on May 5, 2008 21:30:46 GMT 1, I've been working today, in fact I've been working all weekend so took the chance to go down during my lunch ( 2 1/2 hr ) break. Most of that spent queuing up. It was just this side of chaos, well done to the organisers who just about managed to keep a lid on things.
The pictures, brilliant, I've taken loads of photos so I could admire the detail at my leisure. Very glad I did it, but I will try to visit again in th very near future. The problem is that I keep seeing photos of pictures that I missed, so I will have to search them out later.
I would like to see this festival being kept open for longer, but I guess the business model, don't charge / pay loads for security is difficult to keep going for any length of time.
Well done to all the forum members who have contributed, a really stunning collaboration, and a big thanks to POW.

There were a lot less people allowed in on Saturday.....half that.....maybe less.

He looked like a 40 year old mexican with long hair and a tasch.

i think it might have been the guy doing the tomato spray cans, and the lost stencils

Think the Lost poster is a self-portrait. Always a good idea if you're a graffiti artist. I noticed a few of his stencils last time I was in Paris (including what looks like another massive self-portrait).
